Tonight was the Tuesday night performance. With dance we performed our West Side Story routine. When we practised this before the performance I struggled to remember the steps for the very end because they were quite difficult and very fast so I asked Laura to help me and make sure I knew what I was doing. In the show I remembered all the steps, thankfully. For drama I did a monologue from Hard Times by Charles Dickens. When I was being recorded practising I forgot my words, even after all the practise I had done at home so I went away and did lots more practise so that when I went on stage I knew everything. I found this monologue difficult because I had to pretend to cry in the middle which I found hard because when I was "crying" my diction was terrible and you couldn't understand a word I was saying, but all the help from Sarah I had been given I managed to do my best.
